Full time Secretary/Dispatcher for Appliance Repair Company(Remote)
work shift Monday-Friday 8:45am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm
We are currently looking for a dispatcher/receptionist with a great attitude to work for our Appliance Repair Company. The dispatcher is responsible for answering/making phone calls, sending emails and invoices to schedule repairs for our clients.
This employee will need to be customer oriented and able to represent Atlanta City Appliance Repair, Inc with each phone call

Shifts: Full-time shifts position Monday-Friday 9am-6pm: Saturday 9-1pm
Recommend to start with part-time position and in the future work a Full-Time position

- Must be able to answer phones in a polite and timely manner
- Must be computer savvy, candidate required to have her/his own computer/laptop (Home stable internet), earpiece or earphones for the phone.
- Good written and verbal communication skills: written, verbal, listening
- Completing data input, filing, and projects as needed.
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Different software platforms
- Organized and multi-task oriented
- Plus, an experience in an office that handled dispatching
- Knowledge of the Appliance industry and Altana Area zip codes are a big plus but can be learned at work
- With starting pay of $15 per hour and up – Growth in pay is determined by providing excellent customer service, learning and growing in skill level, and having a can-do attitude.
- Speak Fluent English, Russian language is a plus, but not required.
