APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE TERMS
Diagnostics/Estimates are FREE if services provided, otherwise it is $65 for Residential and $85 for Commercial Equipment/High End Appliances (Dacor, Sub Zero, Viking, Miele, Thermador, Fisher&Paykel, Five Star, Vulcan, Wolf and few more)
Note: The service call fee $65 or $85 can be applied towards the repair in 14-30 days from the initial visit(depending on situation), after that the customer must pay a full price.
For stack-able Washer& Dryer or Double Oven (Microwave Combo) it is $130 ($65+$65 for second tech) since it is required two technicians to pull out the unit, unless a male person in a household can help to do that then it is $65.
For all management companies, our service call fee is $65(it is including scheduling with a tenant, service trip, diagnostic, estimate, invoicing etc), it will be waived with a completed repair as well.
