Flat rate charges based on the job (labor+parts) from Appliance Repair Blue Book, not the hours worked.
SERVICE CALL & DIAGNOSTIC FEES
Residential Appliances
Our standard service call fee is $65 for regular residential appliances.
This fee includes:
• Travel to your location
• Full diagnostic inspection
• Repair estimate
If you proceed with the repair, the $65 service call fee will be waived, and you will only pay for parts and labor.
The $65 fee can be applied toward the repair if completed within 14 days of the initial visit (depending on the situation). After 14 days, a new service call may be required.
If more than one appliance needs to be inspected at the same address, there is an additional $30 fee for each additional appliance.
Commercial & High-End Appliances
For commercial equipment or high-end appliance brands, the service call fee is $85 per appliance.
Examples include:
Viking, Sub-Zero, Dacor, Miele, Thermador, Fisher & Paykel, Wolf, FiveStar, Southbend, Royal, Imperial, Jackson, Fagor and similar brands.
For business locations or commercial properties, the $85 diagnostic fee is not applied toward the repair.
Stackable Washer/Dryer & Double Ovens
For stackable washer & dryer units or built-in double ovens (microwave/oven combos), the service call fee is $130.
These units usually require two technicians to safely remove the appliance.
If a capable adult is available to assist the technician, the standard $65 service call fee may apply instead.
Property Management & Rental Properties
For property management companies, landlords, or rental properties, the service call fee is $65 per visit.
This includes:
• Scheduling with the tenant
• Travel and diagnostic
• Repair estimate
• Invoicing and documentation
If the repair is completed by our company, the $65 fee will be waived.
If the rental property has a high-end appliance, the service call fee will be $85 per appliance.

- Payment types: all major credit cards, personal checks or cash.
- Customer will get an estimate prior beginning any repair works.
- Labor and Parts are guaranteed for 90 days from completion.
