If you choose to proceed with the repair, the $65 service call fee will be waived, and you will only pay for parts and labor.
The $65 diagnostic fee can be applied toward the repair if the repair is completed within 14 days of the initial visit (depending on the situation). After 14 days, a new service call may be required.
If more than one appliance needs to be inspected at the same residential address, there is an additional $30 diagnostic fee for each additional appliance.

This applies to brands such as:

For stackable washer and dryer units or built-in double ovens (including microwave/oven combinations), the service call fee is $130.

Does it worth repairing my old appliance?
According to our experience in most cases, older appliances are more reliable and better quality than newer ones. Also, the cost of repairs of newer appliances a lot of times is significantly higher because parts cost a lot more, and, sometimes, they are not even available right away. Considering that the cost of new appliances is considerably higher than a repair, in most cases, it pays to fix them. After performing an inspection of your unit our experienced appliance repair technicians will advise you whether it is a good idea to fix your appliance or buy a new one. My appliance broke down. What should I do?
Call us at (404)903-1453 or use our 24/7 form to schedule an appointment online. Do not take apart your appliance, because something else might break down along this process creating a secondary problem and increasing repair cost. Also, we will not be able to diagnose the problem without putting your appliance back together.
Can you quote me a price on the phone?
We prefer to be upfront with you. Without inspecting your appliance at your premises and running a full diagnostic, it is impossible to quote a price. The cost of repair depends on a lot of different factors, including appliance type, brand, age, modification, certain specifications, a cost of parts etc. Beware of the companies that quote you a price of repair without even having a look at the appliance and professionally inspecting the unit.
Do you carry parts in stock?
Yes, 60%-70% we will be able to repair your appliance within the first visit. Our technicians carry everyday most common parts that break often. In the event your appliance requires parts that need to be ordered, we can obtain them within 2-10 business days. If the part is on back-order from manufacturer, it can take up to month to get a part but we will notify you right the way if it would be the case

We do not sell any parts or appliances.
If your repair requires replacing parts, we will replace them with new original parts that have been supplied to us by our qualified suppliers we’ve had established relationships for years.
