At Atlanta City Appliance Repair, Inc., we recently serviced a Thermador Oven PRD364W with a non-functioning front left burner. What started as a simple repair led to unexpected challenges. We’re sharing our findings, including the wiring diagram, to help technicians and DIY enthusiasts facing similar issues.
Diagnosing the Issue on Thermador Oven PRD364W: More Than Just a Spark Module Failure
During the initial inspection, we discovered that the burner spark module (part# 12024418) had failed. After replacing it, the burner worked again. However, the issue returned shortly after, indicating a deeper problem.
Finding the Wiring Diagram for Thermador Oven PRD364W: A Hidden Resource
To pinpoint the cause, we needed the wiring diagram. Surprisingly, we couldn’t find it anywhere online. After thoroughly checking the unit, we located it inside the oven itself. This small but crucial discovery helped us understand how the system operates.
Key Discovery: The Main Control Module Powers the Spark Module
After reviewing the diagram, we confirmed that the main control module (part# 11032521) supplies power to the burner spark module, oven igniter, and other components. This explained why replacing only the spark module didn’t fix the issue permanently. If the main control board malfunctions, it can cause multiple failures.

Final Thoughts & Wiring Diagram Access
If your Thermador Oven PRD364W has problems with the burner spark module or oven igniter, don’t just replace the individual components. Instead, check the main control module (11032521) as it controls multiple functions. Because wiring diagrams for these models are hard to find, we’ve decided to post one here for reference.
